At SG Residency & Holidays, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and modifications are handled.


1. General Policy

  • All bookings made through our website, phone, or direct contact are subject to this policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation terms of your booking

  • Certain offers or discounted bookings may be non-refundable

Hotels typically apply different refund rules depending on booking type and timing


2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Standard Bookings

  • 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund (excluding processing charges)

  • 24–48 hours before check-in: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund

b. No-Show Policy

  • If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be provided

c. Early Check-Out

  • No refund will be issued for unused nights if a guest checks out early

These timelines are commonly followed by hotels for fair cancellation handling


3. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Promotional offers

  • Discounted packages

  • Special event bookings

Such bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking


4. Booking Modifications

  • Changes to booking dates or room types are subject to availability

5. Cancellation by SG Residency

In rare cases where we must cancel a booking due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government regulations

  • Unforeseen circumstances

A full refund will be issued, but we are not responsible for additional travel or personal expenses


6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Delays may occur depending on banks or payment providers

Refund timelines vary depending on payment systems and banks


7. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

  • Service charges

  • Payment gateway fees

  • Add-on services (transport, sightseeing, etc.)


8. Special Cases

Refunds due to:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Natural calamities

  • Government restrictions

will be handled on a case-by-case basis at management discretion


9. Returns Policy

As we provide hospitality services (room bookings) and not physical products:

  • No physical returns are applicable

  • Refunds apply only to cancellations as per the above policy
